Sell Ores Beginner Guide

The first loop

OfficialSource-reported

Roll → place → drone → crate → sell. That is the official incremental mining/base loop. AFK is allowed and the base earns offline. Strategy notes below are labeled separately from those facts.

1. Launch and look around

Open the official Roblox experience. You start on Floor 1 with common rolls such as Stone Ore. Settings contains the code box — redeem before you wander off.

2. Redeem the safe codes first

Official RELEASE (500 Cash) and EXPANSION (1 Small Growth Gem) appear in the official description. Community-consensus codes can wait until those two succeed. Disputed FINALE / SECRETCODE / ANOTHERONE do not belong in a first-session plan. Full table: codes.

3. Roll, place, let a drone work

Roll an ore onto a pedestal, keep a drone on it, sell the crate. Do not invent extra steps (teleports, bars, markets). This game’s documented economy is cash from crates, not player trading.

4. First upgrades (strategy)

Source-reported strategy Buy Ore Regen Speed first so you are not staring at empty pedestals, then Drill Speed so drones crate faster. Skip Drill Yield at the start. Details: upgrade order.

5. Slots and Floor 2

Tunnel/compartment slots add parallel jobs. Floor 1 → 2 is $10,000 (screenshot-backed). That floor is also the reported home of the Money Boost Pedestal. Do not sprint for Floor 3 until $150,000 is actually in the pocket.

6. Claim the Rewards menu

The 12-step sequence is source-reported: $500 through Dragon Ore. Keep it separate from Diary/Group claims. See rewards.

7. When to touch shops

Gear Shop coatings start at Rust Coating $10M — not a minute-one purchase. Small Growth Gem can arrive from EXPANSION. Pets come from Lucky Blocks; do not spend Robux on Secret until you have read the 640–799 conflict on Lucky Blocks.

What “verified” vs “strategy” means on this page

Official facts you can treat as first-party: the game is an incremental mining/base experience by The Ore Drillers; drones mine placed ores; you sell for money and expand; AFK is allowed; the base earns offline; RELEASE and EXPANSION are printed on the Roblox description. Everything about which upgrade to buy first is a screenshot-backed recommendation, not a hidden rule.

A realistic first-cash plan

RELEASE’s 500 Cash is enough to notice the cash UI, not enough to skip Floor 2. Floor 1 → 2 is $10,000. The Rewards menu’s first steps ($500, $5,000, Iron Ore, $25,000) are how a new base actually reaches that door without Robux. Claim them during active play. Do not merge Diary or Group Rewards into that 12-step list — those systems are not independently verified on this wiki.

EXPANSION’s Small Growth Gem is the same item the Gear Shop later sells for $500,000 (2x regen for 5 minutes). Using the code gem on a loaded pedestal is strictly better than buying one early. Large / Super / Devil’s Growth Gems are late cash sinks ($50M / $15B / $25T) and do not belong in a beginner cart.

Ores you will actually see first

Named early/mid ores in the documented set: Stone Ore (starting/common roll), then Copper, Seastone, Coal as luck improves, Obsidian mid-ladder, plus Rewards-menu ores Iron, Amber, Emerald, Jade and Dragon. Exact cash values for those names are not on this wiki, so the ore table leaves them blank instead of guessing. PalBall ($800M listed) and Nichirin ($6B listed) are high-tier examples, not minute-one rolls.

Pets can wait

Lucky Blocks start at 25M cash / 99 Robux for Common in the source-reported price table. That is not a beginner purchase. If you do open a Common block, the 50/25/15/8/2 slots are Cat, Lizard, Parrot, Snail, Owl. None of those is a reason to skip Ore Regen Speed. The 50-vs-51 pet-count conflict is explained on the pets database; we still only list 50 names.

Common beginner traps this wiki will not send you into

  • Do not treat unverified Floor 3 = $25,000 claims from other public pages as real. Screenshot-backed cost is $150,000.
  • Do not treat a 12-hour Fuser cooldown as official. It is a community-reported, conflicted default.
  • Do not buy Secret Lucky Block Robux at “799” or “640” as if one number were settled. Sources conflict; we show 640–799.
  • Do not look for trading, The Forge routes, or Floor 8. Those are out of scope or contamination.
  • Do not run scripts/executors. This site will never document them.

After the first floor

Once Floor 2 is open, the Money Boost Pedestal is reported on that floor: a percentage boost scaled to the ore you park on it (Nichirin example = 61%). That is a source-reported example, not a formula. Furnace +50% is reported as converting ore crates to metal crates before selling and as opening by Floor 3 in AllThingsHow context. Both belong to the money guide, not the first ten minutes.

Next: progression and AFK.
