Growth Gems vs Coatings
Growth Gems
Temporary ore-regeneration bursts. Small (2x / 5 min, $500k), Large (4x / 10 min, $50M), Super (6x / 15 min, $15B), Devil’s (12x / 15 min, $25T). They speed the roll/grow clock; they do not mutate sell value.
- Small Growth Gem: 2x faster ore regeneration for 5 minutes
- Large Growth Gem: 4x faster ore regeneration for 10 minutes
- Super Growth Gem: 6x faster ore regeneration for 15 minutes
- Devil’s Growth Gem: 12x faster ore regeneration for 15 minutes
Coatings
Spend cash to apply a mutation multiplier to an ore. Ladder: Rusty x1.5 → Frozen x1.75 → Crystal x2 → Void x2.25 → Alien x3.25 → Galaxy x5. Ore Cleanser ($1M) removes a mutation if you need to redo it.
- Rust Coating: Applies Rusty mutation (x1.5)
- Frost Coating: Applies Frozen mutation (x1.75)
- Crystal Coating: Applies Crystal mutation (x2)
- Void Coating: Applies Void mutation (x2.25)
- Alien Coating: Applies Alien mutation (x3.25)
- Galaxy Coating: Applies Galaxy mutation (x5)
Gears are a cash sink on top of permanent upgrades. Early, Small Growth Gem can be a code reward (EXPANSION) rather than a shop purchase. Late, Galaxy is the ceiling for shop coatings in this table. ADMINMUTATION reports an Admin Coating Spray, which is not one of the eleven shop rows.
Cash ladder in plain numbers
Small Growth Gem $500,000 · Ore Cleanser $1,000,000 · Rust Coating $10,000,000 · Large Growth Gem $50,000,000 · Frost Coating $750,000,000 · Crystal Coating $1,000,000,000 · Void Coating $10,000,000,000 · Super Growth Gem $15,000,000,000 · Alien Coating $100,000,000,000 · Galaxy Coating $1,000,000,000,000 · Devil’s Growth Gem $25,000,000,000,000. Those eleven figures are the entire cash-cost table. Robux prices are not listed here.
One-time-use vs upgrades
AllThingsHow frames these as Gear Shop items with one-time-use behavior. Board upgrades (Regen, Drill Speed, Luck, Pedestals, Yield) are a different system on a different page. Spending $10M on Rust Coating does not permanently unlock Rusty for every future ore; it applies a mutation to an ore. Cleanser ($1M) is how you undo that if you need the slot for a better coating.
Where codes overlap the shop
EXPANSION awards 1 Small Growth Gem. PETFUSION is community-consensus for 1 Devil’s Growth Gem — the $25T shop item — which is why that code is valuable if it still works on your account. ADMINMUTATION awards 1 Admin Coating Spray, which is not one of the eleven shop rows and has no shop cost or effect in this table.
